There may still be some confusion between what a classification is and what controlled vocabulary terms/subject headings are. Dewey and Library of Congress are classification systems which are subject codes that define the subject matter of the individual item (note numbers, etc. in the spines of books). Library of Congress SUBJECT HEADINGS are controlled vocabulary terms not keywords that are ALSO applied to an individual item that outline the subject matter of the item. BOTH Dewey and LC USE Library of Congress Subject Headings. Library of Congress Classification and Library of Congress Subject Headings are different.

If I've understood you correctly 000 and 300 are subject codes.
Social Sciences or Computer Science, Information, and General would be subject headings.
